We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation of a booked appointment. This is because of the difficulty with filling a cancelled appointment time at short notice. Therefore we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the Full consultation fee which will be applied to any notice that is received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.
